GUARANTEED AUTO PROTECTION
GAP is a product that has seen frequency and severity of claims dramatically increase in today’s market. We have products that not only take care of the deficiency and deductible and a time of loss, but also give the customer $1000 toward the purchase of their next vehicle. GAP can also be ceded into a dealers reinsurance company.
CAMPERS / POWERSPORTS
The camper and powersport business is a growing area for Option One LLC. Protective Asset Protection is an industry leader in providing service contracts for both campers and powersports. We are also provide appearance packages and GAP coverage for these industries.
ANCILLARY PRODUCTS (BUNDLES AND STAND ALONE)
Ancillary products are the fastest growing in the industry. We are lucky to partner with the # 1 ancillary provider in the industry Roadvantage. Not only are their products fantastic but their claim service is 2nd to nobody. Our bundle products include Roadhazard tire and wheel, cosmetic tire and wheel, dent and ding, windshield repair and replace, key replacement, appearance, and roadside assistance. All of these products can be sold on a stand-alone basis.
The finance office has become a very important department in the industry. With the competitive marketplace dealers need to maximize profit opportunities on every car deal. We do not believe in a cookie cutter approach in finance training. We work with dealership personnel to create a process that best fits your dealership. Our staff will provide in dealership as well as off site training. Our training includes menu selling, goal setting, desk training, sales meetings, and service department training. Our resume is built by providing dealers more ways to make money.

Terry an Arlington SD native started his professional career while still in college. He was part of a financial planning agency where he obtained his life, health, and series 6 and 63 licenses.
Terry started his automotive business career in 2001 with Zurich. Over the next few years he steadily increased the business in South Dakota and was part of making his region the #1 in the country.
In 2008 Terry cofounded Option One LLC with Jared Miller. Terry’s ability to build on existing relationships and provide outstanding customer service has helped Option One LLC grow on a yearly basis. Terry has been able to work directly with strategic partners to help provide the best products for all of Option One’s customers.
Terry graduated from South Dakota State with a B.S in Business Economics. He currently resides in De Smet, SD with his wife Sheila and 3 kids Codi, Camryn, and Canon.
Jared started his career as a Financial Advisor for UBS Wealth Management where he attained his series 7,6,65, and 63.
In 2002 Jared started his career in the Automotive Industry. After a successful retail career. Jared became an F&I Executive for Zurich, where he became the regional F&I trainer while working with his customers to increase their Finance and Insurance departments.
In 2008 Terry and Jared founded the agency Option One LLC. Building on his vast experience from a financial advisor, retail experience, F&I Executive, and now an owner of an Agency. He has a vast understanding of the entire dealership’s operations. Jared’s ability to understand the different cultures and processes through his experience makes him a valuable asset to help maximize customer’s profit centers!
Jared, a Mitchell native, attended Northern State University where he played basketball for the Wolves. He currently resides in Sioux Falls, SD with his wife Amy and 4 kids Kennedi, Kimora, Delaney and Macklin.
Bo has been in the automotive industry since 2001. Bo joined Option One in 2018 after many years on the retail side. He has worked as both a Finance and Sales manager in the surrounding area for over a decade, his experience goes a long way in partnering with Dealers and working together to improve upon Finance Departments numbers. His retail experience has also helped extremely in training, recruiting, along with implementing processes in both the sales and finance departments.
Bo currently resides in Sioux Falls with his daughter Morgan.
Eric has been in the automotive industry since 1994. Eric joined Option One in 2019 after many years on the retail side. He has worked as a Dealer Principle, General Manager, Finance Director , Special Finance Manager and Sales in the Midwest area for over two decades, the experience he has being a Dealer Principle and the extensive experience he provides with his financial background along with the ability to train Finance Managers to be successful and add much needed value to the dealerships bottom line to ensure continued future success of his dealership network. His dealership experience has also helped with recruiting, along with implementing processes in both the sales and finance departments.
Eric currently resides in Madison with his Wife Stace and two daughters Ellie and Maddie.
KaDee joins Option One with over 10 years of experience in Operational Management. She has strong ties to the automotive industry through her family and her husband. KaDee’s family has worked in the automotive industry since she can remember and being married to a Sales Manager makes her a great fit for Option One.
KaDee started her operational career managing 3 locations for a multi-million-dollar company in 2011. She has a strong passion for people and helping them succeed. When it comes to Option One, it’s about customers and employees. KaDee ensures that everyone has the information needed to make the right decision.
Anthony has been in the automotive industry since 2008. He joined Option One in 2020 after 12 years of working on the retail and consultative side of a dealership. On the retail side, Anthony has been a salesperson and a sales manager. On the consultative side, Anthony has worked with dealerships on customer satisfaction, process improvement and increased vehicle sales. His experience working with dealerships is paramount on his ability to partner with dealers and work together to implement new processes to improve their business. Anthony holds a Master’s in training and development, which helps greatly with newly acquired dealer partners. His education and experience allows him to be hands on with his clients and assist them in achieving their financial goals.
